Location: Başören district in Beycik Village
TEKİROVA / KEMER / ANTALYA

Beycik village is one of the magnificent resort sites in Kemer region in Antalya, which is situated on the slope of Olympos on Bey Mountains which is often referred to as the Alpines of Turkey. It is approximately 1000 m above sea level, which plays a soul part on the control of humidity and keeps it between 20% to 25%. The low rate of humidity and its location far away from the daily traffic has a great part in the popularity of the so-called resort, which is of great importance for human health.

Beycik village has many times been a popular touristic destination for both foreigners and native visitors. It bears the fantastic combination of Mountains, Sea and Forests. It is fairly suitable for mountain and sea sports. Its fine and fresh air invites you for long morning and evening walks which eventually will help you relax and in a way help you to cure any sort of breath troubles, dietary problems, troubles of metabolism, and even to get rid of any kind of allergies.

The mixture of mountain and sea air helps ensure that people get as old as 100 years. The upper parts of the village offer an astounding sea view. The beach is about 2 kms away by beeline and an estimated 15 kms by land.

Where the sea and mountain sceneries are interwoven, there is now a ski centre at the peak of Olympus mountain where the altitude is 2365 m. Thiss centre is open betweeen the months of December and May every year. In this region, you could g oto the beach and ski on the same day ! There are notmany places on earth where one can enjoy both activities on the same day ! The cable car Works through out the entire year.

Naturally the village has important facilities such as fresh drinking water, electricity, fiber optic telephone links, asphalt road etc. The perfectly made asphalt road makes acces to Kemer and Kumluca very fast and easy. There are two very known big stores in the centre of the village. The village is 20 kms from Kemer which takes 15 minutes by car, 25 kms. From Kumluca which is known as the land of citrus and takes 20 kinutes by car, and 65 kms from Antalya and takes 45 minutes.

All Kemer, Kumluca, and Antalya have both modern private and state hospitals. The village is within 15 minutes reach for the ambulance, should an emegency occur. The nearest airport is in Antalya and transport to this modern airport is very fast and easy.

Built in a large plot, this is an ideal centre fort he resting and leisure activities of bussinessman and their families. It is suitable as a beauty centre, healt farm and a bussiness conference centre as well as acting as a VIP hotel.

The Bedroom is 20 m. square which has an exit covered with a pergola and a balcony. The floor of the balcony is parqueted and the rest is paved with fine ceramics.

The penthouse has a Children’s Room. (shower and WC integrated) a Children’s Study Room, a Library, (with gas functioned fire-place) and a dry Store-room. The Children’s Room, Children’s Study Room, and the Library are parqueted.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

The buildings is constructed within the basic norms of the Eurpean Countries. The surrounding is drained and foundations and the underside of the walls are isolated against humidity. The walls are thoroughly insulated against humidity, excessive heat and cold. Bituline and styrofor are also used on the floor to enhance comfort. The walls are ver carefully and massively built with hand cut stones. The thickness of the walls has reached to 60 cm. with the use of 8,5 cm. bricks. The Windows and doors have stone arches, which are strongly supported with number of columns.The roof is wooden and has benn insulated with 4 layers. The drain and heating systems are made with top quality materials. The system has a German brand BUDERUS. The heating system is functioned with LPG (liquid gas). The boiler of antennas are bot fixed onto the roof. Instead they are put outside the building. The doors and the window frames are made of fine Elmalı cedar.

RESIDANCE B: APART OR SUIT FLATS

It has 600 m. square land for use. It is an embodiment of 9 flats and cellar. The flets are 60 m. square and have a bedroom, a sitting room, a shower, a WC, and a Balcony. It is possible to host 18-40 guests. There is a TV and a Telephone in the rooms. The furniture is of top quality. The electricity and water counters (meters) are invidual. The celler has two parts. (the boiler room, and store-room, and sports room)

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

The surrounding of the building is drained and a great importance is given to isolation and insulation. The walls are 45 cm thick because of the use double bricks and also styrofor is used for perfect isolation. The inner walls are 30 cm. thick and styrofor is also used in the inner walls. In the roofs and the grounds of the floors syrofor and Bituline are used for perfect isolation and insulation. The branc of central heating is BUDERUS and functioned with LPG and is supplied by the common tank. The lower parts of the outer parts of the buildings are covered with stonework.

SOCIAL RESIDENCES

CAFETERIA

It’s 150 m. square. The kitchen and the cold stock room are paved with ceramics up the roof. Industrial kitchen equipments are used in the kitchen and also there is a stone oven. The outer and the iner sides of the building is covered with stone. The floors are isolated with styrofor and Bituline and paved with fine ceramics. There is an American Bar a big fire-place inside the building. The furniture is of top quality. The central heating system again is a German brand BUDERUS, which supplies the buildings with hot and cold water for 24 hours. The system is also on use in the winter as well. The frames of the doors and the windows are wooden and double glasses are used for perfect isolation and insulation. The cafeteria has a rustic atmosphere with its stone walls and wooden roof.

SWIMMING POOL

The swimming pool is integrated to the children’s pool and is connected to a waterfall. The pool has 2 shower cabins and a resting and a sunbathing area around it.

THE GARAGES

The stone house has a garage suitable for two cars. It also has three rooms which can also be used as a garage or depot.

PERSONAL HOUSE

It has two rooms, a WC, a shower and a central heating system. (it is suitable for accommodaiton of the family or 8 bachelors)

RECEPTION

The outer side is covered with stone and has a central heating system.

PUBLIC TOILET There are 2 public toilets in the garden. (male-female) The public toilet has a central discharge system.

GARDEN – LANDSPACE – GARDENING

A great special importance is given to landspace-gardening and the whole area is covered with grass lots of trees. While planning the garden, our architects put great care not to cover the sea and mountain views with trees. There is a vineyard and a vegetable yard within the building-site. The brand of the watiering system is Rain-Bird which waters the garden with the spring and rain systems.

NOTE

The residance has a fresh water supply, electricty, and a telephone connections. A 5m cube LPG tank is buried in the garden. This tank supplies all kitchens, central heating systems, and the fire-places in the stone house with gas. The land area is 5800 m2. square and is surrounded by stone walls and fence. However,when the adjacent land is purchased, it is possible to enlarge it to 10.000 m2.

There is potential for a heliport as well as tenis courts.
